We Remember
Charlie Kirk
Hillsdale College mourns the loss of our dear friend, Charlie Kirk. His deep and abiding faith, thirst for knowledge, and moral and intellectual courage were the hallmarks of his life and work. We are blessed to have known him—and we pray for his dear wife and children.
It’s Up to All of Us
Charlie Kirk began with the understanding that he needed to learn more about the world around him. He knew that in order to help bring about the changes our nation needed, he first had to replace his opinions with knowledge. Charlie carried this conviction through all of his work. It is up to each of us to move this legacy forward. There is only one Charlie, but together we can carry his torch.

“Aristotle said that courage is the ultimate virtue. Without it, there are no other virtues. Commit yourself to a life of courage.”
Priorities for America
Charlie last spoke to a Hillsdale College audience on February 18, 2025, at a National Leadership Seminar in his home city of Phoenix, Arizona.
“His legacy as a strong Christian, as a brother in Christ - it's everything that young people in our generation should be trying to emulate.”
